Whitman Technological Corporation collects anonymous web usage data for internal uses.  Personally Identifiable data is only collected by Whitman Technological Corporation when you purchase our software or services, or contact us for support or information.  We protect your data from unauthorized access.  We may share this information with third party collections if an account becomes severely delinquent. Data entered into the AutoPay service is made available to the corresponding lenders as well as the payment processors and involved banks.  We will not share any data for any other reasons unless legally required to do so. We do not use cookies to track activity on the site.

If you are dissatisfied with our software, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.  No refunds will be given after 30 days.  If a refund is issued, the license granted from the refunded payment will be revoked.

All software and information is provided as-is.  We do our best to ensure the accuracy of all information and functionality of all our products.  You agree to be responsible for the use of all information.  You agree to hold Whitman Technological Corporation harmless for any damage or loss of data.
