When a lender enrolls a borrower in automatic payments, Whitman Technological sends that borrower a request to authorize direct debit from their bank account. With both the lender’s and borrower’s approval Whitman Technological transfers the scheduled payments from the borrower to the lender, automatically updating the affected loan’s payment history and balance. This service adds convenience and reliability for all parties.
